JPCIP: Journal of Public Collaboration and Institutional Performance is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin and/or iThenticate before entering the peer-review process.

The journal applies a maximum similarity index of 20%, excluding references, properly quoted text, and commonly used phrases. In addition, no single source should contribute more than 3% similarity.

Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected immediately or returned to the authors for revision, depending on the nature and extent of the similarity.

The editorial team follows the ethical principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in handling all cases related to plagiarism and publication misconduct.
