To encourage high-quality submissions during the journal's launching phase, JPCIP: Journal of Public Collaboration and Institutional Performance waives all Article Processing Charges (APC) for manuscripts accepted and published during the first publication year (July 2026 – June 2027).

Beginning with the second publication year, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 750,000 (or USD 50 for international authors) will be charged only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

The APC covers essential publication services, including:

• Editorial and production management.
• Double-blind peer-review administration.
• DOI registration.
• Long-term digital archiving and preservation.
• Website hosting and journal maintenance.
• Online publication and dissemination of the article.

There are no submission fees or review fees. Authors are required to pay the APC only after their manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.
