Archiving Policy
JPCIP: Journal of Public Collaboration and Institutional Performance is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content.
The journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to provide secure, decentralized digital preservation for journals using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. In addition, the journal supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system, allowing participating libraries to preserve and restore journal content when necessary.
All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure persistent identification and reliable citation. Journal metadata are also made available for indexing and archiving through various scholarly databases and indexing services.
These preservation strategies ensure that published content remains permanently accessible to the academic community, even in the event of technical failure, website migration, or journal discontinuation.
