JEDBR: Journal of Enterprise Dynamics and Behavioral Research applies a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure the quality, objectivity, and academic integrity of all published articles. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review procedure.

The review process consists of the following stages:

  1. Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial team evaluates each submitted manuscript to ensure its relevance to the journal's focus and scope, compliance with author guidelines, adherence to ethical standards, and suitability for peer review.
  2. Plagiarism Screening
All manuscripts undergo plagiarism detection using similarity-checking software. Manuscripts that exceed the journal’s similarity threshold or contain evidence of academic misconduct may be rejected before peer review.
  3. Double-Blind Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the journal.
  4. Review Recommendations
Based on reviewers’ evaluations, one of the following recommendations may be issued:
    • Accept without revision
    • Accept with minor revisions
    • Resubmit after major revisions
    • Reject
  5. Author Revision
Authors are required to address all reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript along with a detailed response to reviewers.
  6. Final Editorial Decision
The Editor-in-Chief or assigned editor makes the final publication decision after considering the reviewers’ recommendations and the quality of the revised manuscript.
  7. Copyediting and Publication
Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, proofreading, layout preparation, and final publication.

JEDBR is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, confidential, and unbiased peer review process that supports the dissemination of high-quality scholarly research.
